The room is new, everything works properly. The design is unusual which adds extra charm. Highly recommended, and I would stay there again)

The coffee shop downstairs is lovely to relax in. Really good location, lots of nice restaurants nearby and it is easy to get the bus from here to Lingyin temple, West lake and Longjing Tea plantation. Also not far from the train stations, again easy to get a bus to the hotel! Definitely recommend staying here:)

The staff were extremely welcoming and offered great advice and reccomendations! We only stayed for one night but the location was perfect for hiking up the hills to local tea fields and tea rooms, we went on a few long walks around the lake. We were able to check in much earlier than planned (we took the bullet train from Shanghai early). Breakfast was delicious with a good mix of east and west 😄.
